Topics of Interest that Guide Sex Education in First-Year Secondary School Adolescents

Abstract

This paper presents the topics of sexual interest among a mixed-sex secondary school group, averaging twelve years old, with the goal of developing a sex education workshop that directly addresses their curiosity about the topic. The survey results led to the classification of concerns into four categories, thus creating a guide of specific topics to develop. The article presents the results of this survey, the categories obtained, and the development of the topic to be conveyed to the students. A proposed approach is included in the form of a descriptive letter for the workshop designed for this group.
