Diets in industrial canteens: Modernity and efficiency

Interview conducted on September 8, 2023, by the fifth semester students: Regina Landeros Kiel, Alejandro Lamas Vargas, Fernando Navarro Lima and their tutor Janeth Hernández Bucio, to Mr. Saúl Sánchez, in charge of the Human Factor department of the company Miraplástek, regarding the topic of industrial dining rooms, as part of the research for a project focused on the diets produced by industrial dining rooms and offered to company workers. The objective of this first approach is to learn about the different food options, habits and preferences that workers have.
